The same catalog and checkout state are available to browsers, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible client.

1. Product discovery

The storefront and MCP tools call the same product catalog API for pricing, purity, and inventory.

2. ACP checkout

Merchant-style checkout: cart, buyer, fulfillment, and demo payment completion over REST—no MPP on these routes in this demo.

3. MCP agent ordering

The same lifecycle is available through MCP tools (create / update / complete checkout). In production, each tools/call may require MPP settlement.

4. MPP access billing

Machine Payments Protocol models paid access to the MCP tool surface (catalog queries, order tools, etc.)—separate from ACP’s demo order payment. Stripe test mode only; full flow.
